The Rumford Reporter Hey Bethel, have fun with this guy. He's a professional OUI detector. That means he can tell that your car is swerving even though it is not, if you know what I mean. Watch, there will be big newspaper stories about all his OUI busts all winter. And, then the Town of Bethel Selectmen are going to get inundated with... Now why on earth would she define this man as a "prick" simply from his photo. Maybe because hes wearing a uniform and not smiling. Well if thats the case............

I don't think "prick" applies in Jennifer Stowell Norris' case. A word that starts with a "B" might be more appropriate.
