The difference between Michaud (and the Democrats) and LePage (and the Tea Party) is, Michaud wants to eliminate welfare “waste, fraud and abuse” and LePage wants to eliminate welfare.

Listen carefully to Pauly and the Tea Party's response to Michaud's plan, and you'll see this is true.
