...that it's perfectly OK to try United States citizens, who are suspected of terrorism, in military tribunals.

Trumpery has no clue.  Federal law prohibits U.S. citizens from being prosecuted in military tribunals.

When asked specifically about U.S. citizens, Trumpery told the Miami Herald that he didn't like that Obama and others wanted to try them in traditional courts.

"I would say they could be tried there," Trumpery said, referring to Guantanamo Bay. "That'll be fine."
