In the crosswalk? Empty In the crosswalk?

From The Rumford Reporter:

Dave Mitchell is the pedestrian who was struck
in the crosswalk on top of Falls Hill.
He is still in the hospital.

So, has the RPD determined that Mr. Mitchell was, in fact, IN the crosswalk when he was struck?

No, the RPD hasn't determined or no, he wasn't in the crosswalk?

No he wasn't in the crosswalk. Why? You can verify with Doug Maifield, first on scene after Rene.

Why?

Jennifer Stowell-Norris is stating publicly that Mr. Mitchell was IN the crosswalk when he was struck by Mr. Povelite. Jennifer Stowell-Norris is ruining Mr. Povelite's reputation.

Remember, this whole block of threads, "Accountability", was started to correct the misinformation on TRR.

If I remember correctly, the accounts of the accident stated that the pedestrian was NOT in the crosswalk when hit. But, as usual, Ms. Norris prints whatever suits her fancy. And it doesn't seem to matter who she demeans in the process.

Let us all remember this too: She is a journalistic consultant.
