"Gary Wentzell's daughter, Paula Wentzell, who hijacked the position of taping the Rumford Selectmen's meetings to ensure that the Rumford Fire Department could manipulate the citizenry with their "we just want to help people" stance called Ms. Norris an F'ing B loud enough that it could be heard across the room and definitely on the camera. Ms. Norris quickly filed a complaint with WVAC, Channel 7, the following day and informed them how inappropriate it was for a WVAC volunteer to behave in such an unprofessional and unclassy way."

Mr. Greaney asked the Board of Selectmen if he could answer that because the answer is that they have filed numerous grievances regarding overtime while the rest of us are just thankful that we have a job. Firefighter, Mark Tripp, quickly stood up and pointed out that the question was off topic and was not relevant to the reinstatement of EMS. Ms. Norris reminded the audience and the Rumford Board of Selectmen that it had everything to do with the topic at hand. Arthur Boivin agreed with Mr. Tripp that it was off topic and the Town Manager did not answer the question."

Gee, did Mr. Boivin shut HER down???? My......I bet she'll see that he pays for that.

How did she "highjack" the position of video taping the meeting? Did she do it at gun-point? Did she threaten with a bomb?

Who wrote the article in TRR? The article that refers to Jennifer Norris, "private citizen", in the third person? Was it R. Ortez? Bill? Truth? The Real Truth? Justice? Maybe Heath? Maybe an out-of-body experience was involved!

maybe she simply got the video camera before JSN (Ms Private Citizen ... i think, among her many titles we could now refer to her as "PC") could lay her hands on it

I find incredulous that she refers to herself as a reporter. She has no journalistic skills or integrity. She functions on "emotional rhetoric", that very same that she accuses so many others of using.

Gary Wentzell's daughter who volunteers for WVAC 7 is named Heather.

As far as I'm aware, any volunteer can tape any individual meeting, first to volunteer gets the camera. My impression is that having too many volunteers is the opposite of the usual problem.

As far as manipulation goes, tapes are not edited except to improve quality (e.g., audio volume) and eliminate dead time (e.g., three minutes of paper rustling with no commentary or action may get eliminated).

Editor's Note: Please note that it was Gary Wentzell's daughter, Heather, not Paula Wentzell who made the inappropriate comment to Ms. Norris at the last Board of Selectmen's meeting. We called WVAC to confirm the name of the person and indeed it was Heather not Paula and we apologize to Paula Wentzell for the mistake. The sad part is that Ms. Norris didn't even know who the person was who called her the name.

Oh, how very sad for you, Jennifer. That must have traumatized you beyond belief.

The meeting will be on WVAC tonight, I believe at 8 pm.

Oh I hope someone YouTubes it for us out of towners. You know I was looking at TRR's YouTube site, its a shame they have disabled the comments section. Whatever happened to free speech?
