TRR has used a political cartoon of Gary Varvel's. He is a syndicated cartoonist.

Given that she said couldn't afford to pay her recent Legion dues, I can't imagine that she can afford to purchase copyrighted, syndicated material. Did she somehow manage to get permission to use this cartoon on her blog?
