Interesting. Most people complain that the police don't do enough to solve a crime. Would you have been appalled if the police did not use resources available to them, and let this crime go unsolved?

That's funny, 911. I don't know what he wrote, but I do know 1044.

However Z I do agree...it was bit of a dog and pony show, especially when they had someone who was in the building at the time of the murders. Of course he's getting a plea deal for his testimony against Hamilton.

If the two made the effort to plan the killings in advance, why did Moulton stay behind as a witness to the shootings and then work with police to provide an accurate description of Hamel as the fleeing suspect, since Hamel could identify Moulton as his partner in the crime?

It states clearly in the charging documents that:

He left the bathroom seconds later to find Day and Sheldon lying unconscious in the living room. He saw what he thought was blood around Sheldon's head. Moulton left the house through the rear entrance (the kitchen door) and went out into the driveway, where he met Christopher Overdorf.

He was spotted leaving the scene of a murder by someone who could identify him. Instead of running he played along pretending to be in the house but not in the room of the murders. He helped give a sketch but not the name of the person who fled the house, why? He didn't want to give away his friend and the other person who could tie him to the crime. After a day or two and some pressure from police he realized the better deal was to come clean and get a some sort of plea or reduced sentence.

I know there are people who watch at least a little CSI.....come on now!
