Accurate and ethical "reporting"

The following are comments regarding the vandalizing of a church:

. The Rumford Reporter Their parents are trying to hide from the law. So they let them out of the house because they are going crazy and this is what we get. And then a new generation of unsupervised kids gets swarmed by the RPD and they too get records and go on probation. It is a vicious circle.


So, she knows who is responsible? Knows they are children? Knows their parents are hiding from the law?
