So, if LeBuffoon refuses to comply, welfare recipients will continue to receive, with Maine's taxpayers footing the entire "administrative" bill.  Way to go LeBuffoon!   I thought you were all about saving Mainers money?

Oh wait, LeBuffoon will just raid the Maine Public Employee Retirement System, and have long-retired teachers pay for these administrative costs through a reduction in their pension benefits. After all, retired teachers are nothing but leeches anyway.
