Was it racist?

Well, yes it was, and here's why (I know Candy and the rest of the Tea Party/Trump Clan will not understand, as racists suffer from a serious lack of self awareness):

LePig: "Guys with the name D-Money, Smoothie, Shifty ... these types of guys. They come from Connecticut and New York; they come up here, they sell their heroin, they go back home. Incidentally, half the time they impregnate a young white girl before they leave, which is a real sad thing because then we have another issue we have to deal with down the road.”

First, what's True: "Guys" (D-Money, et al) DO come from Connecticut, New York, and other states (to Maine) to sell heroin. While in Maine, at least one of these "guys" has "impregnated" a young "white girl".
So, what's the problem with what LePig said, right?
He's just telling it like it is, right? 
Well, it's like this...street names such as "D-Money", etc., usually refer to "niggas" (Negros), and is part of the slang used by black people on the street.
So, what's the issue, right?
Well, as Candice, Candace, Candy has pointed out so eloquently, Maine is 95% white.

Candice, Candace, Candy: What demographic would we expect men from out-of-state coming to deal drugs and have sex to be having sex with and very likely with the lack of practicing of birth control by drug using segment and their hangers on who have other priorities for their financial resources, time, and effort, pregnancies resulting? We aren't talking here about the population of Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, Baltimore, South Central Los Angeles . . . we are talking about the population of 95% white Maine. Would you have preferred he said black girls in a state with only 1.4% of the population black?

So, what is LePig is implying? He's implying that all drug dealers are:
1. From out of state
2. Are black males
3. Are impregnating only white girls
...and Candy is defending LePig with her demographics data and other nonsense.
What's FALSE:
1. All drug dealers are from out of state
2. All drug dealers are black males
3. All girls impregnated by black, drug dealers are white
There is no evidence that all drug dealers are black and from out of state. In fact, the opposite is true. There is no data that all girls impregnated by black, drug dealers are white.
** In Cumberland County, 13 were indicted on drug-trafficking charges in the last month, nine were male and four female, and 12 of the 13 were white.
** A check of the most recent drug trafficking indictments in Androscoggin County showed that of the four indicted, three were white women.
** Recently, in what’s being called the largest drug investigation in Oxford County history, a team of more than 20 police officers and drug agents arrested 15 people, effectively shutting down a major pipeline of heroin moving into Oxford County (14 white, 1 black, 12 males, 3 females, 3 out of state, 12 in state).

The implication that all drug dealers are black males, and are impregnating only white girls (a historical reference to black men "raping" white women in the south) when Maine (as Candy has pointed out) is 95% white, is prejudicial and racist.
Had LePig said "Maine girl" or "girl" without any reference to race, or "drug dealer" instead of "D-Money", LePig's statement would not have been racist. I have to give LePig some credit. Even he agrees, and now sees the error of his ways.
I do believe all people, myself included, have prejudicial and racist tendencies. But civilized, educated people have learned to contain them.
Not Tea Party/Trump people like Candice. They just double down in their ignorance.
