Does it surprise anyone?

Does it surprise anyone that the Tea Party would hitch their wagon to the least favorably viewed presidential candidate since (at least) 1992? What's even more amazing...Trumpery isn't even a conservative! 
The candidates most favorably viewed are Ben Carson and Bernie Sanders.

Three out of every five Americans view Donald Trumpery unfavorably, according to Gallup's most recent two-week average for all of the candidates.
No candidate in the past 25 years has been viewed more unfavorably by Americans (Democrat, Republican and independent) than Donald Trumpery.
