James Doar Joins Finance Staff
I am pleased to announce that Jim Doar has joined the
Rumford Mill Finance Team as a financial analyst.
Jim began his career in finance as a budget analyst for
the State of New York before accepting the position of
Town Manager for Rumford, Maine.
A former member of the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division,
he holds a bachelor's degree in political science
and economics from the University of Florida and a masters
degree in public administration from Florida State University.
A Caribou, Maine native, Jim now lives in Bethel with his
wife, Melissa, and young son Jed. His interests include skiing,
fly fishing, playing golf and reading.
