You know, if you could turn that photo just a little bit and look down the painted line................,
I'll bet that bumper does not stick out any further than the line. Take a look at it and mentally move the image to lione it up.

Well, my curiosity has gotten the better of me twice today and I visited TRR's website. It is pretty...nice pictures, the CCFR's look tanned and great and Jennifer has a beautiful photo. Now they just need to ramp up article content.

Re: Blah Blah Blah
Anyone else take a look at the poll about the fire trucks? I checked the results before I voted, then I voted and the results did not change at all. The same number of votes for each choice remained there. I tried voting several times and it still did not change the results. I even exited the site went back, voted again, still no change. Is it just me or does this happen for anyone else?

I doubt that anyone is taking that poll seriously. Can anyone say " FLORIDA"?

Re: Blah Blah Blah
I certainly am not taking it seriously. I was just checking specifically to see if it was working properly.

yeah, they way it's worded, it's like feel free to vote YES if you wanna kill puppies and leave your grandmother stranded on some mountain in the winter.

Re: Blah Blah Blah
FYI -
I voted three times in The Rumford Reporter's RFD poll. Once from home, once from work, and once from my neighbor's computer (all different IP addresses).
The vote total did not change.
Is Jennifer Stowell-Norris reviewing the votes before she includes them in the results?
We report, you decide.

Re: Blah Blah Blah
it's pretty clear that the poll, hmmm... like a few other things, is fraudulent. Maybe she thinks it's a way to capture IP addresses of any of those creatures who are evil enough to go against her divine will. Like most of the rest of the site, it's a joke. And not a terribly funny one.

Re: Blah Blah Blah
I tried something today. I put a straight-edge along the line of the parking space there. Then I followed it along to the fire trucks. It really looks like the fire truck does not exceed that line. If TRR wants to make a point, maybe TRR should do it factually and honestly, not by scewing perception as TRR tried in that photo.

Re: Blah Blah Blah
By the way, I absent-mindedly typed "the rumford distorter" in a search engine today. The Rumford Reporter still showed up as one option.

Re: Blah Blah Blah
With the right camera angle, I could make it look like that fire truck was parked in the space in front of Summit Insurance across the street.
