That's when O'Keefe's acting property manager, Jennifer Norris, who was also filming the meeting for the local access television channel, said the first- and third-floor tenants had moved out in response to the board's previous eviction notice. The second-floor tenants were moving out, too, but had a temporary problem to solve regarding the place they were moving into. She said they would be out by the weekend.

APM is better than RBPLTA. Or is Rumford Building Program Landlord-Tenant Advocate a different position than Acting Property Manager?
