Yet another contradictory duality

From today's TRR:
"Once approved, if you want to be anonymous, change your profile name and nobody will know who you are but me."
Isn't this the woman who has so frequently disparaged bloggers who choose anonymity? Isn't this the same woman who frequently negates sites which allow anonymity? I guess as long as SHE knows who you are, it's okay to be anonymous.

I would really have to trust the site holder to let them keep a secret like that...it gives the secret-holder the power to "own" you. Plus knowing who exactly is saying what gives the administrator a view that no one else has and a lot of power to pull strings if they so desire...weird and creepy...I am "concerned", "troubled" and "uncomfortable" all at the same time...lol

Great analogy. I think TRR's already pretty much submerged and is getting desperate to gain a little freeboard. The nonsense on that site is going to make the situation worse.

Because TRR is clearly on a fishing trip to continue the agenda of hate and retribution. That’s what has caused TRR's ship to sink to begin with. Is anyone expecting anything different now?

I don't see anything different.
She has her limited following or group, regardless of its reported size. Her rhetoric hasn't changed. It's the "same old, same old". She preaches to the choir.
I find her latest stunt very entertaining.

"The terms of membership are simple: you are not allowed to slander
anyone. You can provide constructive criticism and feedback but any
untruths, mean spirited comments, and disparaging remarks about people
are not allowed. If the terms of agreement are broken, you will
immediately be banned from the site."
Why would any member of The Rumford Reporter Blog & Forum break these rules? She admits only like-minded people. And, if a member were to speak "untruths", "slander anyone", make "mean spirited comments" and "disparaging remarks about people", how would anyone outside of her clique know?
If she had any backbone, she'd make her "forum" open to the public with members only posting rights.
Entertaining stuff!
