I keep getting confused....am I the only one?

I found some unethical and illegal usage of State loan funds in the
amount of $183,000 dollars. And, that was only after researching the
current loans. I was working on researching the loans of the past as
well. The ones that were bankrupt or the business just stopped paying,
etc. And guess what? Nobody even thanked me. Instead, I got accused of
leaking the information to the community, threatened, intimidated, and
basically forced to leave my position because the very people who I
reported the fraud to may have been the very people involved in it.

So, of course because I was a whistleblower in an organization that covered its tracks very well, I felt forced to resign before getting fired.

From Her Post Today:

I chose to walk out gracefully as opposed to waiting until Mr. Eldridge
found some made up reason to fire me. I did what I had to do to protect
my career in the long run. I am submitting this complaint against Mr.
Doar for insubordination in regards to the blatant disregard of a
friendly caution from a member of our Board of Selectmen regarding his
relationship with Mr. Eldridge.

So did she leave because of being a whistleblower or because of Steve Eldridge who wasn't even around during 'the unethical acts'. Is anyone else confused?

Apparently, the next day Mr. Belanger spoke to Mr. Doar about our
conversation. I was not made privy of the conversation that Mr.
Belanger had with Mr. Doar because Mr. Belanger is very professional
when it comes to his role as a Board of Selectmen for the Town of
Rumford.

I felt betrayed by Mr. Doar and angry that he was so close to Mr.
Eldridge that he would turn around and contact him right after being
cautioned about him by one of our Board of Selectmen.

Okay if she wasn't privy of the conversation, One: how did she know it occurred? Doars email to her was very vague and did not mention who he spoke to, but she seemed to know that it was Mr. Belanger. Two: If she wasn't privy of the conversation how did she know that Doar was cautioned by Mr. Belanger? Is anyone else confused on how she was privy to this information without it being provided by Mr. Belanger, Mr. Doar, or Mr. Eldridge?
At one point, I actually liked Mr. Eldridge and enjoyed working with
him but after seeing first hand his anger and this different side to
him, I became very concerned about his relationship with Mr. Doar and
Ms. Palmer.

I knew these comments to be false because I am friends with Mr. Mark
Belanger and Mr. Seth Carey, who both exhibit a deep compassion for
what is best for the community and the Town of Rumford.

If she is so concerned about interpersonal relationships with town employees, should she not only be looking at others but at her own interpersonal relationships. How about her personal relationship with RT? What about the slanderous comments about Carter, Mark Tripp etc. etc. etc. Is there anyone else thats confused?

Ok this is just plain bothering me and I needed to point it out.

This is an official complaint submitted on behalf of Mr. James Doar,
the Rumford Town Manager. It is with great displeasure that I am forced
to submit a complaint against Mr. Doar

She is making the complaint on behalf or against Mr. Doar? There is a HUGE difference. If she is really going to write a book I feel bad for her editor.

While this Rumford citizen was employed by the Town of Lisbon, she uncovered a fraudalent loan to a phony business. after Ms. Norris discovered the fraud, she was accused on many occasions by the Chief of Police of "leaking the information to the community"

Ms. Norris admittedly told people...

"Ms. Norris assumed the overseers of the Town would be apprised of the situation by now given the fact that they are the Town Council and should have been informed of the situation." (She also called Feeney who was ultimately indicted) and "also admitted that she did speak with the Lisbon Town Attorney about the incident"
