Since The Rumford Reporter was established, how many times has Jennifer Stowell Norris changed its format and/or web host in order to control membership (thought) and speech? Three? Four?
She believed she had thought under strict control with Facebook, but apparently not.

I know of two posters she has already blocked/bannished who dared disagree with her "reporting".
