The Rumford Reporter Let's break the cycle. Most of Rumford's "criminals" consist of people who can't afford to pay the fines imposed on them by the State because some gung ho, just got out of the police academy, militaristic police officer has to use the iron fist approach. And, they can't pay the fines cuz they ain't got no job because... A. there are few jobs in the area and B. they have stupid petty criminal records.

So, she wants the police to look the other way? I thought it was the Republicans who were tough on lawbreakers and the Democrats who looked the other way.

She's a RINO.
