I'm not going to mention any company names now but there is one with an owner who has a really big mouth in town and he just happens to be a spokesperson for Black Mountain. But, I must say that all the ladies at the front d...esk have always been very kind and so have the delivery guys.

Isn't it cute how she kept this person anonymous? Professional, too.

It is strange that she implies that he will rip you off, but then states that the workers are kind when she pays her bill.
