Obituary

"the Rumford Citizen" (nee "the Rumford Reporter") seems to have gone to meet its maker. With no entries past July, it would appear that TRC is no longer shedding its light on the unenlightened. While its passing will be mourned by some, others may rejoice, knowing that its work continues on Facebook under its maiden name. It has touched the lives of many among us.

Services will be held at some church or other, depending on how much they have been trashed. Marc Belanger will provide a musical tribute.

Visiting hours are by express invitiation only. All others will be "deleted".

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that nasty letters (preferably mis-spelled) be sent to the RPD, RFD, Board of Selectmen and Town Manager , oh and yes, to the town goverment of Lisbon Falls as well.
