From The Rumford Reporter:

Court Documents Reveal that Limington Shooting was Accident

The actual WGME 13 headline and article the Rumford Reporter headline is linked to is as follows:

Court Documents Reveal New Details In Limington Murder Case

Nice spin JSN! Did you learn that from O'Reilly?

Misleading? No. It's another one of her outright lies, in big, bold typeface. I read the court documents, and they did not reveal an accident. The accused and his lawyer are stating it was an accident. For Ms. Stowell to publicly proclaim, under the guise of journalistic news, that "Court Documents Reveal that Limington Shooting was Accident" is irresponsible, reprehensible and a blatant lie. Let her suffer the consequences.

The Rumford Reporter Why would someone consistently read an online opinionated website if they hate it so much?

Well, it's obvious that she still reads this "opinionated rag": She changed her headline to reflect more of the truth and her own obvious bias.

Dapolito's lawyer concurs that is was a tragic accident and will lead to an acquittal or manslaughter, NOT MURDER.

The Rumford Reporter Please, please, if you are at all sympathetic, you would feel it in your heart not to kick someone while they are down.

Oh, gag...

Dear editor,
You are sensationalizing this story more than any news site I've seen. If it's too personal, step away. In my opinion, you are not helping anybody.
Sincerely,
dr

The Rumford Reporter he was scared and protecting his children. i'm sure he wasn't sitting in his lazy boy thinking "this is great". he was grieving, in a state of shock, and the drugs probably didn't help. Imagine how you would feel if you accidently did that. He was probably beside himself about what to do because he raises 3 girls not including her daughter.

Doing cocaine & sleeping with a loaded gun (safety off) in his hand while his three children are in the house and under his care? He might not be guilty of murder, but he's not a model parent.

And you, dear editor, have publicly personalized this to the point of it being embarrassing.

FYI - Jennifer Stowell Norris knows Mr. Dapolito personally. They both attended SAD #44 schools. Ms. Stowell Norris is a year or two younger than Mr. Dapolito.

Mr. Dapolito is a known, illegal drug abuser. Ms. Jennifer Stowell Norris has a known bias in favor of illegal drug users and abusers.
