Wouldn't it be ironic........

Joe Martin makes a good point on TRR's Facebook page. Wouldn't it just be ironic if JSN pulled enough votes away from the other candidates running and it helped Jolene Lovejoy win the election. It happens all the time in elections and politicans who care more about the issues instead of the lime light back out and support the candidate that has similar views and has the greater chance of winning. It will be interesting to see what happens.

I have a feeling that Rumford voters will have their usual good sense to recognize this obscene tactic for what it is. She's attempting to create a triumvirate that would essentially cripple the entire selectboard to do only her bidding. Yeah, yeah, i KNOW she "has our back" but who would feel comfortable having her standing behind you? I shudder at the thought. If it's "in God's hands" let's hope that God used a dab of purell! Her toxicity level has exceeded all limits.

Do you really believe she'll get enough votes for anyone to notice? Of her "fans" that regularly post on her Facebook page, how many are citizens of Rumford and can vote tomorrow? I count maybe a dozen?

If she is elected, Rumford deserves her.

I had the discussion with someone and said of the ones who support her how many actually have the motivation to get off their butts and go down to the polls. I'm guessing not many.
