The Rumford Reporter My son who attends Mountain Valley Middle School just informed me that the school has blocked The Rumford Reporter. I hope that isn't true. Why? They don't want the children to read a conservative/libertarian point of view. Stay tuned...

The Rumford Reporter I know. I'm teaching my child what is really going on. I'm also teaching him to be tolerant of other viewpoints. The far left resorts to attacks, name calling, and emotional rhetoric because they have nothing to back up their facts. Otherwise, I would be tolerant of them, too.

The Rumford Reporter Rumford's Finance Committee Chair is Ron Russell of Rumford. You may be thinking of the Med-Care Board. At one point Cheryl Dixon was on the Med-Care Board as a Rumford representative when in fact she lives in another town. She has since been let go.

She does seem to be infatuated with Dean Milligan. She has a picture of him all over her facebook.

Something else she might want to look into is the spelling of the names of people she wants to attack. Cheryl "Dixon"? That is not the correct spelling. She can "research" the spelling, though. I don't want to make it easy for her.

How totally unprofessional for a MedCare board member to use a picture of Mr. Milligan to publically degrade her latest grudge. It's also unethical and downright juvenile. Is this the type of person we want to represent our community?

And what do you suppose is her intended purpose of using Mr. Milligan's photo for her profile picture? Threat? Intimidation?

She obviously knows NOTHING about being professional. She is a very sad and angry person but I guess when you have nothing of use that makes you that way. First SE, then JL, followed by JD and now DM and actually I think MT and PB was in there somewhere. Sad sad person. She must really feel useless. Maybe this will open the eyes of the people a little more.

How can The Rumford Distorter accuse Med-Care of trying to "take over" Tri-Town" when it was Tri-Town who made the arrangements?

Also, if Jennifer Stowell-Norris is on the board, why doesn't she realize that the board is responsible for all major decisions, not one person?

One more bit of fat to chew on. If she is on the board at Med-care, why is she trying so hard to discredit Med-care, and By discrediting Med-care, is he not discrediting herself? Not that she really has to work at that.

Some people need and thrive on the attention that controversy brings. Jennifer Stowell Norris is one of those people.

People can garner attention through positive or negative behavior. Sometime in her formative years, Jennifer Stowell Norris must have been rewarded emotionally for behaving negatively. You can see it every day if you read her blogs. She posts an in-your-face, veiled threat, accusation or comment with promises to continue "Fighting Municipal Crime, One Town at a Time" (she never follows through as her accusations are mostly baseless) and is rewarded with responses, by equally needy people, such as:

“Go get 'em!”

“it's about time isn't it???”

“Jason likes this”

“What goes around..comes around!..keep your eyes and ears open!”

“it's about time Keep up the good work Rumford Reporter”

“sounds like more dirty back room meetings”

“former town manager stuff maybe???? what fun..…”

“You know the routine, if you don't like the message, shoot the messenger.”

“what the hell is med care trying to do now?”

“Yessah go get em!!! Prolly cus they broke the law...like some landlord I know...=)”


Jennifer Stowell Norris then rewards her equally needy followers with “YOU are what keeps me going.” The cycle continues with the endless, mutual enabling of the few at the expense of the many.

If this house was in Andover, Kevin Scott would make some comment about Andover Fire. If I recall correctly, he and his wife tried to basically screw Andover Fire (with HIGHLY questionable tactics), and as a result, the town of Andover.

Is it just me, or does this seem a little low to anyone else. TRR is using the passing of someone to serve her own personal vendetta. Seems a little callus and warped to me.

Just as a side note about TRR 300 fans.....RPD has over 500 in less than 3 weeks of starting their Facebook page. Kind of funny when you think about it.
