Let it Snow???

While travelling through Gilead today a local couple noted accumulated snow on the side of the road. In Minot, there was such extreme rain that many roads were under water. Despite these tell-tale signs of an evolving ecology, little is being done to prepare our communities for more intense weather.

I wonder if our recent record breaking precipitation is an indication of record breaking snowfall this coming winter...
Is it just me or do some of the leaves seem to be turning early?

Well, I seriously doubt that they are changing due to lack of moisture.
