Since when does reporting an arrest equate guilt?

This is information the public has a right to know. Like Jennifer Stowell Norris said, innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, unless you’re officer Tracey Higley (and anyone else who crosses her), then it‘s in the court of Jennifer Stowell Norris.
